The British Council’s Creative and Cultural Economy programme connects people who work in the creative and cultural industries around the world with those in the UK.

Using our on-the-ground resources in over one hundred nations, and a global network defined by direct access to policymakers and collaborative dialogue, we co-create programmes to develop cultural enterprise, leadership, skills and infrastructure in partnership with a range of UK and international organisations and individuals.

We are particularly keen to promote collaboration between people working in culture, enterprise and digital technology, accelerating growth in R&D and new business models.

The UK has much to share from its considerable experience of developing the Creative Economy and the British Council is committed to supporting the international exchange of ideas and collaboration.

You can find out more about the British Council’s programmes, networks and opportunities on our Creative Economy website.
